While working with other collaborators in our team on a certain web project, I recently learned that uploaded document files that are converted to Google documents format cannot be larger than 2MB. Google Docs seem to protest for any uploaded files/documents of more than 2MB in size, which I believe a big turn off for anyone who wants to get the job done fast.

Here's a sample failed upload prompt from Google Docs. It says "Sorry, this file is too big. We can only convert files up to 2 MB in size.":

FM Radio Recorder application for mobile phone should come to the rescue everytime there's a need to record radio programmes you think deserves to be streamed a second time. Radio Recorder for Nokia, and even for iPhone, Samsung, Motorola, and Sony-Ericson also eliminates the need for you to download audio files of your favorite artists. Quick Install Windows XP In 15-20 Minutes

One frustrating part about installing fresh copy of Windows XP is that it takes almost an hour to complete. 40 to 50 minutes is normally the waiting time for XP installation, which is quite long for users who hate to wait.

Should you need to perform fresh installation of new operating system in the future, follow this simple technique on how to save time and install your new Windows XP in less than 25 minutes. The trick is safe and simple. Follow these steps:

Protect your USB stick with password

Step 1 Boot your genuine copy of Windows XP. This should load necessary files.

Step 3 Now format the partition (normal or quick with NTFS or FAT).

Step 6 Now, Press "SHIFT" + "F10" key. This should open command prompt.

Step 7 Launch "Task Manager" by entering “Taskmgr” at the command prompt window.

Step 8 In Task Manager, click "Process Tab", here we find a process called "Setup.exe".

Step 9 Right click on Setup.exe -> Set Priority -> Select High or Above Normal.
This should instruct your computer to prioritize "Setup.exe", thus facilitating XP setup process.

That's it! The next thing you gotta do is to set back, relax and see how fast the Window XP installation process completes.

After years of waiting, Netflix has finally heeded everyone's call and just rolled out an update on their iOS and Android apps which now lets you download Netflix movies and shows offline so you can watch them on your iPhone, iPad or Android even without an internet connection.

Netflix first broke the news on Twitter which must be making everyone excited, YES, me included!

Netflix Now Lets You Download Movies, TV Shows To Watch Offline On iPhone, iPad, Android

So, starting today, you'll now be able to download select Netflix movies and TV shows so you can watch them on the go without mobile data. Of course, you need to update your app first to enjoy this Netflix offline playback support.

One big caveat though is that only select movies and TV shows are available for offline view, and it can vary region-to-region. But they do plan to expand their catalog as soon as the required licensing arrangements are made with its content partners.

A few days ago, I was asked to upload a bunch of client testimonial videos to Vimeo. The videos are about 2+ GB in size total, and they all sit on DropBox shared with me by one of our clients. The trick is easy: just head directly to https://vimeo.com/upload. On the right, click on the DropBox icon. It will bring in a DropBox dialog where you can choose the videos to import. And your videos will be automatically imported in seconds to Vimeo.
